XiCrypt SecureMail Guard

Your conventional mail is sent out on your corporate letter paper, signed and enveloped. The recipient can assume that it was actually you who has sent the letter and that no one else has read its content.

XiCrypt SecureMail Guard proceeds just alike with your email traffic. Incoming emails are automatically decrypted if required (opening the letter). Outgoing emails are signed (corresponds to letter paper and signature) and encrypted if required (corresponds to enveloping).

XiCrypt SecureMail Guard can easily be integrated into your existing email infrastructure. By supporting the mainstream security standards S/MIME and PGP XiCrypt SecureMail Guard is interoperable with all prevalent email programs.

This virtual mail unit function can be modularly extended by the XiCrypt MailFlow Manager. You can for instance convert office documents automatically into PDF format and provide them with a PDF signature. Furthermore you can prove sending and receiving of emails by attaching a digital timestamp.

Technical view
XiCrypt SecureMail Guard can be integrated into your corporate network just like a firewall.
