With XiCrypt Labs you have the chance to test the functionality of XiCrypt products online.
Simply send an email to mailflow@xicrypt.com and test the XiCrypt MailFlow Manager. Depending on the parameter you have defined in the subject line of the email, MailFlow Manager implements the individual workflow.
Process:
- Send email to mailflow@xicrypt.com
- Indicate the desired MailFlow (see below: defined MailFlows) in the subject line (e.g. Subject: timestamp)
- Optionally enclose an attachment (e.g. Word document to be converted into PDF)
- Send off mail
- ...You will receive a reply message from the system shortly
Attention:
Without a defined workflow (parameter in the subject line) the email cannot be processed.
Defined MailFlows
| xmlsign - Signs a valid XML document |

If the assigned email contains a valid XML file, the file will be provided with a XML signature.

| pdfsign - Signs the PDF file attached to the email |

If the assigned email contains a PDF file, the file will be provided with a PDF signature.

| c2pdf - Converts a MS Word file into a PDF file |

If the email contains a MS Word file, the file will be exchanged with a PDF file.

| timestamp - assigns a timestamp to your email |

The email is assigned a digital timestamp.

| combine - Converts, signs and timestamps a MS Word file |
|
Combination of the modules TimeStamp, PDFSign and Convert2PDF. The MS Word file will be converted into a PDF file, the PDF file will be signed and the email is provided with a timestamp.
