XiCrypt eInvoice Guard can be modularly extended by XiCrypt MailFlow Manager. Due to its modular set-up you can optionally add various features any time you want.

- Data converter
The modules of XiCrypt MailFlow Manager enable the automatic conversion of invoice data (EDI converter, PDF converter).
- Proof of delivery
XiCrypt MailFlow Manager logs the delivery of an invoice as soon as the recipient receives it.
- Application of digital timestamps
Timestamps can be applied to incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Attachments can automatically be detached and further processed.
MailFlow Manager extracts attachments from emails and passes them on to predefined applications for further processing.
- Long term signature (XadES) for electronic invoices
With the long term signature you can be sure that the signature?s validity remains provable for several years.
