Mailing Invoices
Invoices are assigned to XiCrypt eInvoice Guard by your accounting system. XiCrypt eInvoice Guard automatically realizes which signature to attach to the invoice and signs the invoice. A signed copy of the invoice is provided for archiving.
Receiving invoices
The incoming invoice is assigned to XiCrypt eInvoice Guard where the signature and the signature's validity are verified. In order to make sure that the certificate is actually valid, the cancellation list of the certifying unit will also be interrogated. If the verification result is not positive you will be notified by the system. If the verification result is positive, the invoice will be provided for archiving together with the verification information. For verification purposes the invoice can be optionally provided with a timestamp.
