Automated process
XiCrypt eInvoice Guard accepts the invoice that has to be signed as email (SMTP) or as a file from a defined folder. All email invoices are automatically provided with a digital signature. Depending on the set-up, XiCrypt eInvoice Guard either signs the whole email (S/MIME) or the attached files (PDF signature, XML signature). In order to sign large numbers of invoices quickly it is possible to activate more signature cards in parallel. The signatures of incoming electronic invoices are automatically verified and the verification result is made available for archiving.
Advanced and qualified mass signatures
Advanced or qualified digital signatures can be generated automatically with certified components.
In order to generate qualified signatures XiCrypt eInvoice Guard uses qualified mass signature cards. For advanced signatures various hardware security modules can be used, depending on requirements (e. g. Aladdin eToken).
You can define the number of invoices that have to be signed.
Limit the number of invoices or the period after which the PIN has to be entered again.
Compatible with any accounting system
XiCrypt eInvoice Guard works with any accounting system and accepts the invoice as email or as a file. Email invoices are automatically provided with a digital signature and can be optionally archived.
Signature formats- S/MIME, PDF, XML
XiCrypt eInvoice Guard supports the signature formats S/MIME, PDF and XML. You can decide which format to use. Invoices can also be provided with several signature formats.
Automatic verification of signatures for incoming invoices
XiCrypt eInvoice Guard automatically checks incoming invoices for the availability and validity of the digital signature. The result is made available for archiving together with the cancellation information.
Unalterable archiving
Electronic invoices have to be filed for several years. XiCrypt eInvoice Guard enables you to store your invoices automatically in your digital archive and to provide them with the unalterable long term signature (XadES).
Support of Crypto Hardware
Through the PKCS#11-interface XiCrypt eInvoice Guard supports cryptographic hardware such as Crypto Accelerator Cards, SmartCards, USB-Token and Crypto-Server.
