ProofMail - provable emailing
Prove that the recipient has received your email
With the Module ProofMail the delivery of an email is logged on the recipient?s server and provided for further processing. Thus you can prove emailing under the terms of the E-Commerce Law and archive the receipt protocol. Before archiving the receipt protocol you can additionally provide it with a digital timestamp (Module TimeStamp).
Independent of recipient
The proof of delivery with the Module ProofMail is provided with SMTP Logging. No matter if the recipient actively confirms the receipt or not ? you can prove that he received the document you sent him. |
