PDF signature for electronic billing
With the PDF mass signature software by XiCrypt Technologies you can now even send electronic invoices as legally approved and signed PDF files. For the user nothing will change: the PDF invoice has to be attached to the email as usual. The PDF file is automatically digitally signed and the email will be forwarded to the customer.
Additionally the PDF invoices can automatically be transferred to the archive and optionally be provided with a digital timestamp in order to prove the time of consignment.
XiCrypt eInvoice Guard works with any accounting system that is able to generate invoices as emails. E-invoices are digitally signed and can optionally be archived in an automated process. |
