Individual processing of your emails
XiCrypt MailFlow Manager is a processing tool to establish workflows for incoming and outgoing emails. Due to its modular set-up XiCrypt MailFlow Manager can be used for a variety of purposes. Different modules can be assembled according to individual requirements which can map the individual communication process.
Functionality
Mail flows are defined by a series of modules that can be configured via a graphical user interface. Incoming and outgoing emails are passed on to the MailFlow Manager which chooses the right workflow for the specific email (e.g. based on a certain keyword in the subject) and implements this workflow.
The various XiCrypt MailFlow modules offer you many possibilities to make your email traffic more secure and more efficient:
- Timestamp modules
With timestamp modules you can prove when an email was sent out from your company or when it was received.
- PDF modules
With PDF modules you can automatically convert documents into PDF format and sign them with a PDF signature.
- Archiving modules
You can redirect emails in an automated process and archive them on the file system in a database or in a defined IMAP folder.
- XML modules
You can generate XML signatures for XML documents in an automated process and verify them. Provide documents with a long term signature (XadES). Thus you can ensure that the signature's validity remains provable for many years.
- Other modules
Integrated key and certificate management
XiCrypt MailFlow Manager provides a standard key and certificate management. For the generation and verification of signatures the XiCrypt MailFlow modules resort to this certificate management (e.g. PDF signature, timestamp etc.).
Extension for XiCrypt SecureMail Guard & XiCrypt eInvoice Guard
XiCrypt MailFlow Manager modules can either be applied as independent applications or as extensions for XiCrypt SecureMail Guard and XiCrypt eInvoice Guard. If XiCrpyt MailFlow Manager is used together with XiCrypt SecureMail Guard and XiCrypt eInvoice Guard, then the key and certificate management is used jointly.
Flexible organization
XiCrypt MailFlow Manager consists of a basic tool to handle email processes for your company. You can optionally acquire any other modules of MailFlow Manager. This allows you to compose a software package that meets your individual needs.
